97 outside, 93 inside. This rental has no insulation and no AC. Yuck.

I can understand not having AC, I know up in Vancouver, BC most people don’t have it because it wouldn’t get used much and is expensive to install. But then Portland is further south. No insulation I don’t get. Insulation works in all weather. Doesn’t make sense to cheap out on that.
