Gregory Peck, one of our legendary actors has left us today. And, David Brinkley, who would have covered it so succinctly, has left us as well.

Yesterday I had a procedure called “IPR” done (Interproximal Reduction) in which they sand off a little of the sides of the teeth (lower front) to make room so they can be moved. It is the best way to correct my bite (vs. yanking teeth or widening the top and filling the gaps with bond)

Once the teeth close and align (8 weeks) we’ll check the bite, lather rinse repeat. This should be the last thing I need done! My upper teeth are fine, so just have the wire on to retain everything while the lowers move.

Part of my self improvement process is to get out more, so I hauled my butt 90 minutes west to Ecola State park. I took some pictures for all to enjoy!
